Program
Steve Swan introduced Christopher Sands, the Ross Professor of Canada-US Relations at WWU.  US & Canada are the largest trading partners in the world.
Chris grew up in Detroit, early interest in Canada.  A border town like Bellingham needs to re-imagine themselves from being a frontier terminus, to being a hub & center of commerce and trade.  Importance of opening up to the rest of the world.  Importance of WWU to our community.  Canadians in BC are a part of our community too.

Raffle won by Susie Betts!
