- National non-profit that helps small businesses. Services include counseling, help preparing business plans, loan information, marketing etc.
- Located in Chase building in downtown Bellingham.
- National score has 370 offices in the U.S. and 1,300 volunteers.

- Provides free services
- Mission is to create jobs and find entrepreneurs.
- Bellingham chapter counsels about 400 people per year plus classes.
- Partly funded through the Small Business Administration.
- Chapter has 17 employees total.
- Teach at Skagit Valley College, WWU and schools in Eastern WA.
- Classes are taught by the members.
- Not political.
