October 1, 2019 - Bellingham Mayor Kelli Linville signs the agreement for the installation in 2020 of a new floating dock at Bloedel-Donovan Park. The Bellingham Bay Rotary initiated the Docks for Kids Project in 2018, spearheading the fundraising effort, and shepherding the various design and construction partners through the permit process.
