John Purdie introduced Casey Tran from Squalicum High School as Student of the Month.  Casey attends 7 advanced placement classes and started the STEM club.  She is a cheerleader and summer camp counselor.

New Member Talks
Ian McCurdy attended law school in Portland.  He met his wife in California.  He enjoys his dog, hiking, biking, swimming, and coaching a debate club.  He works at Adelstein, Sharpe, and Serka law firm.
 
John Bosche is an engineer with a career in the wind turbine industry.  His career started in 1990.  There are 100,000 people in the industry.  Wind produces 7% of the U.S. power.  He has a wife and two kids, served on the Meridian School District board, and started/coaches the math club.  John shared math problems with the club.
