Bellingham Marine is our dock contractor, and Anchor QEA is our engineer-designer.  Fundraising is going well, but we still have a ways to go.  https://www.docksforkids.org/our-mission/

Program
Brad Cornwell introduced Diane Trough.  She got her start working in 1970’s as the first female law officer in Napa, CA.  In 1987, she was hired as a fraud investigator for the Attorney General’s Office in WA.  Sheriff Elfo recently asked her to come back to work on a cold case file (the Mandy Stavik murder in 1987). Through many thousands of files, she arrowed a field of 270 possible suspects down to 70, and then down to one - using DNA.  That suspect is now on trial for the murder.

Doug Wight wins the raffle.
